Expeditions Conquistador - $5. SRPG in the vein of new XCOM set during Spain's discovery of the new world. fantastic writing. you can usually decide to fight or spare the savages, but your followers have traits and someone is bound to dislike your decision.
Mount and Blade Warband - $3
Huniepop - $3.4. way more fun than it has any right to be. it's a solid bejeweled knockoff that anyone can probably find some enjoyment in, but it's best if you tend to get sucked into visual novels

Just Cause 2 - $2.25

Betrayer - $2. not perfect but a neat little thing
