Is Vampire Bloodlines actually a good game or do people just like it because it has a hot slutty looking bitches? Thinking about picking it up if the game is good and this fucking thing aint just fap material. Can't decide whether I want to play this or Mass Effect for the first time this weekend.

The dialogue is really good and dialogue options actually matter.
Normally in RPGs, you'll have many dialogues you can choose and you can choose most of them without worrying about storyline or character's view/behavior toward you be affected.
In this game, you can easily fuck up a dialogue since only a minority of dialogue options can be safely chosen when it comes to key characters.
