I guess. It's honestly only my GOTY because I've bought a total of 3 new games this year.
Not to say Undertale was bad or anything, there just wasn't anything that interesting this year.
My take on Undertale:
it's okay, but other games were better this year. For example, it beat out Xenoblade, Halo 5, Bloodborne, Splatoon, Monster Hunter, The Order, and etc, because at least it ran on a stable piece of hardware with no disgusting DRM attached to it. So I give it credit on that part.
However, other games came out on the PC that surpassed it, so I can't say it's GOTY.

I don't even own a PS4 and I can still say that Bloodborne is far better than the trash that is Undertale, regardless of Bloodborne's long load times.

I wasn't comparing the price of the console. I was using the price of the game itself. 60 dollars plus several hundred in DLC that they totally didn't cut out of the original game. We promise! But don't expect DLC that actually fixes the technical issues. That's a little much to ask from our friends at sony.
