For sure Obsidian would do a better job and the announcement of Obsidian sequel to New Vegas would probably excite me more than any other game. There's just so much I enjoyed about New Vegas.
But let's not kid ourselves, Fallout 4 is still a ton of fun, makes some big improvements over Fallout 3, and is a solid 8/10.
