OpenMW 1.0 when?
Hopefully soon. As I understand it, it's pretty much feature-complete now, it's just the rendering engine that was changed recently and needs fixing and polish.

So, tell me why OpenMW and not just a modded version of Morrowind? You can make it look pretty passable and jack the draw distance way up.

its playable now if you wanna try it. It just runs slightly worse than the actual game and most mods don't work right. The quests and shit are fully playable now.

It got delayed because of the switch from ogre3d to open scene graph.

Are animations hard to do? I think there were running animation mods for the beast races, but as I've understood, it was really inconvenient to do with the mod tools or engine so I wonder if this will change that in any way. The graphics mods are nice and all but the animations are still really wooden
