When you get dgVoodoo2, go into its MS folder and extract the DDraw and D3Dlmm dlls into the game's folder
In the dgVoodoo settings disable the game from controlling fullscreen to keep the game always fullscreen, otherwise the menus might stay in a window

Any resolution should work but be aware the game has Vert- widescreen and the HUD gets really tiny at large resolutions

Because Nar Shaddaa is a sprawling urban shithole that's been built up ontop of itself over the centuries that people travel to in order to drop off the radar. There should've been MORE bars brothels and other hole in the wall establishments down there in the game.
