2) there's a handicap, because the fig backers don't factor into the sales.
3) you have none of the legal protections or rights of a real investor and double fine doesn't legally owe you anything, including your dividends
4) the company that gets your money is a shell company that pipes all their profits to double fine. this shell company has been hemmoraging money since it was founded and is likely to go into liquidation soon. if that happens, you again get no dividends, even though double fine has the money
basically, investing in psychonauts 2 = free money with no risk or obligation for double fine, don't do it
