Hatred is boring tbqh, it has a great destructible environment and all, but it feels wasted.

In my experience, those kinds of games dont work as well as you think they do at blowing off steam or frustration.
But id reccomend postal2, the gta games, or call of juarez: gunslinger. Serious sam games are good too if you just want to shoot lots of shit.
Personally i found happy go lucky games to work better. Shit like katamari damacy or adventure games.
