Assuming you purchased them within 14 days and gave a valid reason for a refund, yeah. It's not an automatic process though, someone will have to authorize the refund. You should try it either way.
I managed to refund Dark Souls II SotFS with 10 hours of playtime, it took a few days but it went through fine.
