What's your favorite zelda dungeon + item?
The first 3 temples + ice mansion were great temples from TP

Fairy Bow
As for puzzles: I really like the Timeshift Stones in Skyward Sword.
Arbiters Ground and the spinner.
That temple had a GOAT boss too. Arbiters is all around based.
Shadow Temple and Hylian Shield
I love that Shield. Fuck SS, you get it at the very end of the game. Doesnt even carry over into a new game.

The only thing I remember is it being super useful to me even when I wasn't supposed to be using as designed in the game. It's been a fuck-long time since I played WW, and I just don't have it in me to go back through the early game.
