I just checked on Psychonauts 2 for the first time in a month. I'm surprised it didn't break 3.3 yet, considering it his over 2 within like 5ish days.

When an earthquake finally destroys San Francisco I hope Double Fine's studio is the first building in the hole, followed by a large broken sewer main pumping down into the hole

What makes Broken Age so shit anyways?
Only now do I realize it's the 3.3 mil game
>>322078674
that show is cancer.
>>322078610
Holy fuck, how do you learn nothing from making a game?
The first game was cute, but the combat is super repetitive and as early as the second area you can tell things are never getting any better. Then to make the next game's combat even worse and feel like even more of a chore to sit through.
>>322083260
3.3 mil for the first half of a point and click adventure game. The second half is almost entirely reused assets as the boy/girl protagonist go to each others areas. Also the puzzles only get easier as the game goes on making it incredibly unsatisfying. Personally the story isn't worth it either. I mean, an interesting story is enough to save shitty games like Phantasmagoria 2, searching through your co-worker's cubicles the game.

probably something to do with driver support because they fucked up and made the game require a relatively high version of OpenGL for a game made in 199-fucking-8.
Lots of people with Intel chipset laptops or whatever were pissed.
If you gave money to Tim Schafer for Psychonauts be prepared to read something like this a couple years down the line.
