I made this one today. I wanted it to be like those sawblade bridge levels in SMW, complete with being able to spin-jump to skip ahead rather than riding the track.

I also took the liberty to assert my political beliefs in the title.
Here's my other ones:

My first attempt at making a legit Mario level. No gimmicks, no bullshit, just Mario in its purest form.

I'm planning to make more for each corresponding game.

Install this: https://github.com/Difegue/Mario-Maker-Linkifier
Now even level codes can be bookmarked with one click.
My campaign's now uploaded in order, it tries to be low in gimmicks (no giant enemies, no clown car shooting, etc) and high in time travel.
It starts with 1-1, Happy Hill https://supermariomakerbookmark.nintendo.net/courses/8B27-0000-014E-D3BB (Easy, short level based on SMB's 1-1) and ends with 4-4: Day of Disaster (Long, challenging stage featuring a remix of worlds 1 through 3 and a battle against Kamek, Baby Bowser and Bowser) https://supermariomakerbookmark.nintendo.net/courses/9FE5-0000-0155-0D1E
Can you find the hidden Yoshi in 3-1? Can you beat Keyrock's times?

>>322071450
Sounds great, give me a second and I'll play it.
>>322071450
Great stuff, but I feel like adding a downwards-point arrow or semi-solid platforms to let the player know that going down is the way to go would be a nice addition after the checkpoint. As it stands, it's a (safe) leap of faith.

Pls give feedback

I already played Athletic Course man, but Athletic Course Remix is great too. Fun level to dash around, and the difficulty is nice all around.
Why not play some of my stages hombre? I'm >>322073340Fuck Racist Mario by the way, it's not even funny and it keeps showing in my suggestions.

Here's a banjo kazooie level I made, using discount banjo kazooie. Tried to incorporate all the elements of the stage.
thanks charles :]
>>322074792
Fun level, but I'm not sure if the name "hard castle" really applies? Still, left a comment, it's a good stage.
>>322074945
Nice looking, fun stage. I liked how you incorporated a transformation aspect too.
>>322074821
Guess I'll try to get further in the inferno for now.

Posting my three levels again to try and earn more completions and such.
Hey guys, I just wanted to say that I haven't been able to play Super Mario Maker in a while as I've been moving, but I promise, as soon as I get back into it, I'll play as many of your levels as I can.
I still have a code for one of my levels if you want to play it.
It's called Prince Thwomp's Mighty Airship.

By the way, I heard that you can only get a set number of costumes in each difficulty of the 100 Mario Challenge courses. Is this true?
Birdo's Cis-Scum Torture Chamber
https://supermariomakerbookmark.nintendo.net/courses/1BF5-0000-015D-5ADC
New to the game here.
Is there a way to set which costume you turn into specifically without the use of an Amiibo? I've earned a few from the 100 Mario challenge but can't seem to figure out how to use certain ones.

>By the way, I heard that you can only get a set number of costumes in each difficulty of the 100 Mario Challenge courses. Is this true?
Yes. The game will tell you when you've unlocked all the costumes in that difficulty.
>>322074792
It was an ok level, but I feel like it could use some improvementhi alex
slopes when
>>322076416
>By the way, I heard that you can only get a set number of costumes in each difficulty of the 100 Mario Challenge courses. Is this true?
That's true. 20 on easy, 45 on normal, the rest have to be expert. If you start playing the harder difficulties early, you're probably gonna get screwed by the game giving you some costumes from the easier difficulties which means you'll have to play more harder to get everything.

Losing that boot right between the two semi solid platforms is true hell. Unfortunately, there's not much you can do about the spiny spikes.
>>322075994
What did you change, exactly? The other obstacles feel around the same.
>>322077257
I'M KIDDING PLEASE CALM DOWN

>>322074792
Gotta agree with you about invisible blocks.
Your course was pretty well designed (although work on naming like that other anon said) with a few minor issues
Pretty solid course all in all
There is one thing though,hi alex
>>322077392
i feel bad for that kid.
>>322077261
Good decoration job.
Difficulty was a 4/10 but that's okay if you're aiming to not bring about rage.
>>322073340
here
>>322077261
Very nice. I like when Ghost Houses feel like a labyrinth, even when they're not particularly hard.
>>322076297
Basic felt amazing to speedrun, I'm glad to have beaten Keyrock too.
>>322076902
>>322077738What's so special about him?
So someone I know was playing Mario Maker and found this as the world record. Any idea what the hell is up with this and how you can do it yourself?
>>322078606
Why would you want to do this? WR are a fun feature.
>>322078606
What level was it? Does it give you credit for beating it?
>>322078793
Just curious honestly, I enjoy trying to get WR myself so I wouldn't try to ruin it.
>>322078883
Seems like it does for him and it made him world record after checking it the Played Courses section.
>>322078606
>>322079284
All it means then is that the first guy to beat it spent 100 minutes dying on purpose just to give the next guy a laugh.
I posted this earlier today. Finished it last night. What do you think of

I just tried to use all of the available space as much as I could so it is quite long but I'm satisfied with the miniboss I threw into it.
Then theres an older one I'm pretty proud of too

>>322079593
Doesn't it only keep your time after you die if there's a checkpoint? That stage lacks one so I doubt it's that. Also as a heads up it happened again right after but not after that.
>>322079990
As long as you don't exit out or pick start over from the pause menu, the clock keeps ticking even without a checkpoint.

hello fello Elgato user
>>322078345
I bet trying to get someone to beat a Keyrock time could get a lot of level plays. Some of his times are insane. I tried this level a few days ago and couldn't even get close to him.

https://supermariomakerbookmark.nintendo.net/courses/08DC-0000-00E5-2FE9
Here's a level that I made focused mostly entirely on using invisible blocks creative and for non-trollish ways. It doesn't get much love though, so I wonder if people are turned off by the concept.
>>322083029
I dunno, 21 stars is pretty good. It was one of my first stars in these threads, so I seems I've given enough that the old are starting to disappear. Have a second one!
>>322081023
Yeah, I have absolutely no idea how to beat that time.
