God damn it EA is fucking stupid, imagine how much more games like DA: I or BF4 or even Garden Warfare would have sold if they were on steam... I know I would have probably bought them but i am not going to install a new DRM, set up new accounts and hope EA dosen't just shit on it one day.

Quantity over quality quest design. Story and characters aren't anything special. Franchise died with 2 and Bioware just gets shittier year after year.

Quests and story are pretty bad, combat gets old after you acquired and tried every ability, exploration is barely mediocre.

Yeah.
The combat is quite hack'n'slashy. I'd recommend playing a rogue so you actually at least can position yourself to do more damage. Fighter seems insanely boring, mage is probably ok too.
Also, start on the higher difficulty.
Plot and characters are ok.
Haven't checked out the DLCs yet (only just bought them off of Amazon).
If exploring is something you like in games, then you will love it.
The landscapes are the best part about this game, it's really fucking pretty.
