For SMW levels? Definitely, because it has access to things like slopes and a lot of other shit that isn't in Maker. For overall? Not really. Getting access to SMB3 and NSMB stuff is nice.

100MM is the shit; being able to just go in and play a random level without having to search one down yourself is awesome, even (especially?) if the levels are terrible themselves
With that said, Lunar Magic is clearly superior from the creation standpoint
