As a whole OST? Maybe.
Undertale has one of the most consistently good OSTs I've seen in a while. No forest temple here.
However, on an individual track basis, there are definitely soundtracks I prefer, such as HM2, TTYD andSonic Unleashed (The night themes are great)
It's definitely next to Shovel Knight and potentially Yooka-Laylee, depending on how it turns out, as one of the best indie OSTs out there.
