Witcher 3 Heart of Stone DLC is nothing short of amazing. easily one of the best dlc/expansions ever released. Also finally getting around to playing Diablo 3 RoS which I bought on last year's black friday.

"Show," don't "tell." When it comes to anything from exposition to even character quirks, it's much better to show it through action in the story than by describing it in a passive narrative voice. That's not to say that everything should be an action packed trip to Detroit, but you should try to skew more towards action. You aren't too bad about it in your stories, but in the beginning of both I can feel it.
Just for example, with the sentence "Though one resident found it hard to smile - Selena." Instead of that, you could follow the character and show that she's not in the best mood through an action of some sort, like have her trudging around or not talking to anyone, and THEN give a bit of the backstory through the narrator (but don't make it an info dump). The same goes for when you're describing how she's in different clubs and all that. It makes for much more interesting writing to reveal character backstory and such through actions or inactions (I realize it's just a short story and you don't have much room to work with, but just keep it in mind).And you should've ordered a PS4 off amazon, they were like $300 with games for the past month faget.

I like MMOs, at least I liked WoW, but it kind of sucks since most of them have either nothing to do or are dog shit (or both)
