People do play it. You have a massive base of shitters who suck at the game and have terrible builds, all of them stuck somewhere on the star chart until they get carried, spending tons of time per mission taking it slow as if the game has enough depth to justify this. Then you have autists who have 50 things cooking and every frame built, constantly up to date with the meta and having the best mods for every frame and weapon, and then everyone else stuck awkwardly somewhere in the middle. Overall shit experience unless you play exclusively with a group of friends.

I've played maybe close to 100 hours of this game because a friend of mine loves it, and I just have to get this off my chest.
I hate this fucking game. You just grind so that you can grind more shit. When you make items from blueprints you just have to fucking wait. Forma an item to improve it? LOL ENJOY GRINDING THAT SHIT BACK TO LEVEL 30.
The warframes are hideous in design and look like they're made of rubber. Combat is a mind numbing cluster fuck of speed melee attacks, bosses are awful, all the missions feel the same.
The story is shit. The most boring lore and universe with no likable characters. The Second Dream can suck my dick, fuck that fake ass Eva shit.
but its alright the first couple hours before the grinding autism hits you.

The more shit in the game => the bigger drop lists become => lower drop rate.
So they remove some shit for some period of time then add it back and remove another batch of shit thus keeping the drop rate somewhat tolerable. Seems pretty good decision. You can buy stuff from ppl anyway so i don't care.

If we talk about any planet mission then there is nothing to talk about. Any frame with any weapon is good to do those. Melee still loses hard to ranged weapons.

Warframe = Latex robot monster that is controlled by an Operator directly via 'transference' which is like lucid dream mind control.
Operator = A young human that was mutated by magic space radiation and can control Warframes, they have basically infinite range while sitting in their "somatic link" chair thing. While controlling a warframe they are basically using it as a surrogate body and feel everything it feels like they were it.
Tenno = What the Operator is, and what a Warframe being controlled by it's operator is.

Valkyr can solo survival no problems and excalibur deals ridiculous damage, not to mention the blades travel through cover, you also forget warframes like loki which rely on stealth do well with melee

it's like you don't know what you're talking about. exalted blade auto blocks anything provided it's in front of you, and if you're attacking you still deflect 60% of the damage.
