The more IPs a single company owns, the fewer of those IPs will be actively used, because the company will just neglect them in favor of more "profitable" ones. It's absolutely in no way anything like with Bayonetta 2. SF5 was going to exist no matter what, meanwhile Bayonetta 2 was going to be shelved. Also, Sony doesn't give a shit if a game comes out on PC, no one in Japan uses them for games, and they know that anyone who would buy it on console wouldn't buy it on PC even outside of Japan.
