This one time, I was riding up an elevator and it after changing zones I spawned on the elevator's roof. Upon reaching the top floor, I was shoved through the side of the elevator and dropped down its shaft to my death. The game then loaded its autosave which placed me right back into this deathtrap where my character's only choices was to either accept a quick or the inevitable one before being shoved back into their mortal coil.

There could have been a nice betrayal quest selling out the last of the Minutemen and the establishment of the Gunners as a new major player in Boston's power struggle.
But nope. You just get to be the General receiving radiant kill orders from his subordinate while building shanty cucksheds for the Longs.
