After you're escaping Glados there's a room with a tube overhead that carries cubes. You're supposed to break it, get a cube and use that to climb into a vent.
I never thought of breaking the tube.

When playing FFVIII I got stuck on the part where you have to talk to Laguna in the presidential palace and THEN go to the Lunatic Pandora. For some mystifying reason I missed it when the game told me to go to Laguna, so I pondered about getting to Lunatic Pandora for fucking forever before looking it up on Gamefaqs. Guess that my english skills were just so shitty back then that I misread the dialogue or something like that.
Also: that fucking White SEED ship. I must have gone past it dozens of times before spotting it.

Jedi outcast is the most confusing game I've ver played. Some of the shit in that game is absurd. In Nar Shadda, you are just running along a linear path p and up, until you hit a dead end, where you have to turn around, make a jump that gives you damage and ride a hidden square elevator in total darkness.

The explanation for that is that the "puzzles" are designed to keep the draugr in rather than to keep adventurers out, since they require only a basic level of intelligence that the draugr don't have. Whether or not you think that's a good explanation is up to you.
I'm pretty sure anyone who played this game got stuck on this level.
The only way I got through it was this section was part of the "leave main menu idle for 30 second" demo video.
