Also, Pandora Tomorrow is the best Splinter Cell period. It has perfect stealth gameplay but takes place in an unusual, great setting that isn't dominated by night missions.

Two different versions, two different teams.
The 6th gen version was made by the Chaos Theory team, the 7th gen/PC version was made by Ubisoft Shanghai.
The latter had cut/simplified levels, worse UI and bugs out the ass.

It deserves to be in shit tier. The game rewards you more for playing it as a cover-based shooter than it does for playing it as a stealth game. The only time you don't want to kill an enemy is if their stats are high enough or they have a skill that warrants doing a fulton. Every other time is pointless.
You can end most missions in less than 5 minutes with lethal. Each one becomes 30 minutes with stealth. Guess which gets the higher rank? And I know what you're going to say, "But Anon, you can't do the objectives if you kill everyone". Well nigger, you can't do the objectives of some missions until late-game anyfuckin way so why bother until then?

PS2/OG xbox versions are great. Almost on par with pandora tomorrow and chaos theory.
