Is Alien:Isolation worth to buy?

Yes, for that price it's a phenomenal bargain. It was one of the best games of 2014 and despite being a single player game you'll get a fair few hours out of it. Make sure you watch Alien before playing it so you actually appreciate the game as the ultimate love letter to the 1979 film.

Saw the movies or not, it had plenty of great moments and the game is 1970s sci-fi space aesthetic in its purest, purest form.
It's incredible. Definitely worth a buy.
Pic related is also one of the only decent female characters in video games.
If you like the movies you'll love it. If you like horror vidya you'll probably love it too.

Maybe, if you can get it a discount. Isolation is a good game, in theory, but I've ran into two game stopping bugs in the first hour of the game. Unsure if they fixed them, but that was infuriating at the same time.
I also quit the game about 5 hours from the end because my save game was corrupted and wouldn't load anymore.
As for the game itself, it has one of the better horror elements since the AI is unpredictable. That also means you'll be spending the majority of your time hiding until the alien goes away, or painfully crouch walking everywhere because of the same reason. While this sounds grand in theory, it gets really, really fucking annoying after about ten hours, especially if you set it up on the highest difficulty setting.

One of them, it shows that Creative Assembly isn't completely deadcreatively, revived the Alien franchise after the abortion that was Colonial Marines and was one of the only near-AAA games out there that bothered trying to get the player immersed into its setting.
Even the opening theme to the game is the theme from Alien. They had like terrabytes of original content from the production of the film, sounds and stills and things like that.

absolutely yes. Game is fun as shit well worth the money. Sadly the game becomes so hard that it becomes frustrating and annoying to the end so it didn't get my list as best game, though it would have if it had better variety and wasn't so constant with the alien/s at the end.
Totally worth a full 60 dollar buy though.

No it's not. In Alien Isolation it outright says that Hard is recommended, you fucked up. Even in the Halo series Heroic is the recommended difficulty.

I liked everything up until the first alien encounter.
After that it's 15 hours of run to the next checkpoint and once you get the flamethrower it's just plain boring
