They can go either way, they might just cut down Console version and then backport everything console version has over Arcade version back to PC, which might be faster and easier, since DX version is their priority today and they released several patches already. It's also on UE4.

I don't know anon I've got the Naruto games and they run perfectly fine, sure they're locked at 30fps but I've never had a single issue. Also the next game is developed on PC then ported to consoles with 60fps on PC so they're learning.

Really though, and yes I was. Had Saturn and PS1. Had both Tekken and Virtua fighter, I found tekken to be really slow and clunky, and virtua fighter to be fast and responsive.

Tekken is solid throughout the series, it slowed down with T4, fired back with DR, meandered around with 6 and fell flat on its face with TTT2.
