Probably not. There's no reason to remove things like that. Sega are translating it themselves.
We're not getting Treehouse/8-4 "localisation"(read: censorship) in an 17/18 rated game made by Sega.
The wrestling is Rumble Roses tier. Nothing too offensive. Neither is the "JAV" videos.
SJW will of course complain, but they probably won't since the games are completely impenetrable to non-players and the content so far into the game.

In 3 they edited one thing out, but I don't even remember what it was. Nothing in 4 got changed. Not even the massage parlor minigame.
If anything gets edited, it would be the live action video clips just due to actual licensing issues. That would be the extent of it. These games keep in fucking everything normally.

In the other games they just removed the trivia mini-games, which are damn near impossible to translate(tons of puns, wordplay and Japanese facts)
