There's a 100% chance Smash 5 will have DLC and there's also 100% chance that Nintendo expects you to pay for it. So unless Harada wants to be a hypocrite and eat his words about paid DLC, he will never put his hand up for Smash 5.

One disappointment I had with Sm4sh was that customization was very lackluster for most characters and only had slight changes for most special attack slots. We need more like Pauletana and Mega man, and maybe the ability to use customized characters in For Glory.

while that is true, it is rare to have a bad air dodge off stage when you can just clip to the ledge afterwards. Air dodges last longer than any air attack in the game.
There isn't a true option against air dodges off stage, there isn't a true option against rolling either.
Smash is built on the rock-paper-scissors style where something always beats something else but those two mechanics break that rule
How to improve smash 4:

You're not taking into account on when the games are announced. Smash 4 was announced in 2011, and Sakurai went on record stating that was when development started after that powerpoint presentation of the plan for the game. He stated it in a Famitsu article, and Rosalina was a highlight.
