If they were to actually try, I'd say that a coop game where one person plays as a fox and the other as the rabbit where they have to work together to get through the levels would be pretty cool. Make a 3D one like Ratchet and Clank and a 2D one for handhelds that's a sidescroller.
You already know it's going to be a generic movie-based 3D platformer with clunky controls and none of the original voice actors.

Open world platformer, like Jak and Daxter meets GTA, but better than Jak and Daxter 2. RPG elements in character creation. Asking for small and large options for characters would probably be asking too much, but it would be cool just to make for more replay value.
