I'd say so. Smash Run is much better than Smash Tour, being able to play on the go if that's your thing is another plus as well, and I preferred the 3ds stages more than the Wii U stages.

you can download a demo from the eshop and play if you want to decide on whether you'll enjoy it. Smash 4 plays differently from Brawl which is why I'd recommend downloading the demo, giving it a quick go and then deciding for yourself.
It's a good timewaster. Not as optimal for multiplayer as the Wii U version and it can feel a bit limited at times (no option to set item frequency for example, just on or off) but you can't really go wrong with it.
What's a good 3DS game? Have ORAS but looking for something new. I do like Grindy games, something that'll get my money's worth time wise will work.
