Windows 8 comes with an ISO mount program, m8. Right-click on that ISO.

your anti virus is the only thing harmful on your pc. Not gonna break shit, but the real time scans and and scanning in general takes up resources. not to mention that it's not accurate and will "go bazonkers" even if there is nothing harmful. If you have 1/16 of a brain you should be able to notice shady software and/or websites. If not, stop visiting porn sites where the video you can download is an exe file.
