I read Tae Kim's Grammar Guide, then I read through Genki
Used Remembering the Kanji (1 + supplementary Kanji) to know how to draw/recognize the Joyo Kanji
Went through 2k/6k vocabulary decks in Anki.
Listened to JapanesePod101
Read through NHK Easy News
And finally, slowly shifted to Manga and video games.
