The force using class that says only for experienced players. Take points from strength and get wisdom and charisma on max. You probably have a semi hard time for the first 5 or so levels but after that you will kill everything with 2-3 force lightning. You will have no problem healing yourself with a high charisma count either.

Get constitution to 18, then split the rest into wisdom and charisma. 18 CON lets you use the best implants and the extra HP will help early on.

Today I finished my second playthrough of kotor 1 and 2.
Both runs I did as consular dark side
My starting stats for kotor 2:
10 str
14 dex
14 con
14 int
16 wis
14 cha
Skills -> persuade, awareness, repair (the most relevent to dialogue checks)
Go single saber with dueling feats, also get max flurry ASAP to win no-force duels vs Handmaidens.
What is funny - I didn't even need lightsaber finesse, there was an abudance of str boosting items, even ones mixed with wis.
Early game is piss easy as long as you pick force absorb (the one that blocks elemental and energy attacks) at the start and quickly get a second rank of Fear when you have the chance. Another funny thing - my melee abilities were excellent too with flurry and master speed. By the time you get to level 18 and 3rd rank of lightning you don't even need companions for fighting, so you can pick whoever you want, skill-monkeys being most optimal.

Is there anyway to get widescreen to work reliably with KOTOR? I've had crashes and glitches with Flawless Widescreen. Universal Widescreen Patcher was shit as well.

I honestly find KOTOR 2 the better game if only for the prestige classes, better loot, better customization, more feats, skills in general being more useful due to requiring them to craft certain items, more force powers and blasters being made a viable pick.
Like KOTOR 1 is still a good game but to me after playing KOTOR 2 it feels like a foundation rather than its own game.
