If you want a competent survival game with a comfy yet eerie atmosphere then yes.
To me it's hit and miss in some areas. It doesn't feel...complete(?) in some areas, while in others it feels smart and planned out.
Some hitboxes feel weird, but otherwise I enjoyed it. It reminds me a bit too much like Seven Days to Die, however.

It's okay but as a Western Canadian(where the game is based on) I'm offended how the character starts "freezing" in only -11C weather. That's literally spring weather for us here.
Yes, it's good. I hate most survival games, but I enjoy TLD.
No zombies or monsters, no dumb base building, no multiplayer, just you vs nature.

Might as well. They're also adding a story mode in a few months so there will be a little something more that isn't just sandbox.
It's supposed to come out of early access this spring and it's price will go up so if you're going to buy it this might be one of the last times it'll be at the current sale price.
