The only games this year I've liked enough to complete are Undermeme and SOMA.
There have been a lot of good games like Witcher 3 and MGSV, but I'm incredibly choosy.
Bloodborne would probably be my GOTY if I had a PS4. Played DaS1 and 2 for the first time this month and I love them. Also, the new Fatal Frame seems really good.
I'm just waiting for good action-adventure games and 3D platformers to come back. There need to be more games like Rayman 2, Super Mario 64, Resident Evil 2 and 4, and Dark Souls (action RPG with good combat + somewhat linear progression + emphasis entirely on gameplay, story hardly matters = fucking perfect). To me, 2011 was the last great year for vidya

I hate the dialogue wheel, the lack of skill checks other than one quest, and the lack of options in quests but the exploration, VA, and gunplay made it an enjoyable experience for me.
