DD by far. Skyrim's only advantages are the larger world (it's all copy and paste anyway) and mods. DD does every single other thing better.

Dragon's Dogma has better combat by orders of magnitude. It has more memorable characters, although you can't interact with them very much. The story is leagues better than Skyrim's, once you get the true ending.
All Skyrim really does better is the size of it's world, and even then DD has better dungeon design and things to discover.

Skyrim runs at whatever framerate you can manage. On consoles it's a silky smooth 24fps.
Dragon's Dogma runs at three frames per second.
Skyrim is a much better game.

Dragon's Dogma was good but felt a little underwhelming at times. The sidequests felt really shallow and uninteresting, and the loot was boring as fuck. You only really got useless shit from bosses and dungeons that you could use to upgrade weapons that you'll probably never use. The bosses themselves were pretty cool but at higher levels became really grindy, in fact, the game itself becomes really grindy at higher levels. Also, the lack of interaction between the player and NPC's made the world feel very dead. The best parts about the game were the combat and class system, it was like a mix of Dragon Age, Shadow of the Colossus, maybe a bit of a hack and slash game like Devil may cry, it paired a very indepth class system that had 3 different class trees with 3 different classes within them with a fairly simple third person action system and allows you to have 3 pawns who add strategic advantages to fights. Mind you, I didn't play the game with the DLCs so my experience may have been a little different. I think the game would've benefited from some more indepth questlines and maybe a weapon/armor crafting system or something.
Skyrim, on the other hand, felt like the opposite. The world had a lot of very indepth questlines and the player had a lot of interaction with the characters within the world but the combat and RPG elements were incredibly streamlined and shallow. It made the already dumbed down elder scrolls system even worse by completely removing major skills. It felt more like a first person hack-and-slasher then a RPG.
As far as exploration goes, both are pretty much equal, however, Skyrim felt a lot bigger in scope and more "open world" if you will.

atleast not in exclusives and such I'd assume.
Viva Pinata was fun as fuck and Halo 2, 3, ODST, and Reach were aswell.
I mean honestly Reach was fucking great to play imo but you know.
I don't use NeoGAF or any shit like that either it's just that it was my sister's because she liked to play on it and I bought it on Xbawks because the framerate was smoother.

This game really just shows that where Japan fails is on marketing and getting their game out there.

Well i can quite agree with your opinion except for npc interactions. It would have been very nice if Bethesda tried to make this borefest-the-game more varied by adding more non-adventuring stuff you can do. Like gambling, being a bard, taking part in contests or something. I played a lot of hours of Skyrim but never managed to finish main storyline. I invested more time in adding shit-tons of mods to it though. They do not redeem the shallowness of the base game, which you notice more and more with each passing hour.
Dogma, on the other hand, feels like throwing a bunch of activities in your face so you can occupy yourself and get used to game mechanics. And it rewards you more the more time you play. You can learn new tricks or experiment with party composition or decide to remodell yourself and your pawn. It just feel more coherent in terms of gameplay and you can actually get fun and satisfaction from playing it. The only things it lacks are more territory for you to travel and some challenge after 60 or so level in the base game (without going to BBI). During my first playthough I was expecting to see goblin lands and some snowy landscapes even for one quest or so.
