The Wonderful 101 is my favorite game of all time, and Kamiya's best work so far.
I honestly doubt Scaleboud will match it, but I am seriously considering getting an xbox one just for that game (even though I would also purchase some other games, Scalebound would be the game that sells me the console).
That's how amazing TW101 was to me. It was a video game I enjoyed unlike any other since I was a child, while simultaneously challenging me like no other game has before.

Zone of the Enders 2 was a fantastic game. It also sold like shit. That scenario isn't uncommon. Platinum suffered minimal name recognition before MGRR made everyone notice them on account of working with Konami.
If you don't like their games, that's fine, but their games are pretty good within their genres. Also, to make the earlier point more clear, STALKER didn't sell well either. It did better than wad expected, but the profit wad a drop in the bucket compared to nearly every other game released around it.
