Well Sakurai already pretty much did that with just about every newcomer in Smash 4, aside from Greninja. Maybe Bowser Jr. and DHD as well. I think Smash 5 will do so as well. Sakurai is more interested in making unique, mechanically interesting fighters than just new fighters who are essentially normal fighters.

Why would it have copy-pasted and shitty gameplay? Smash 4 uses a modified Brawl engine, the groundwork is there for every single character and the only ones you can't use the code for are Pichu and YLink, everyone else is in Brawl or Smash 4.

Sir Dan has weapon versatility and superiority alongside mobility and the dragon armor however if Pious manages to snare him in a damage field Dan may be in trouble. Pious is protected by the artifact of an Ancient and Dan may not know a way to exploit that weak point right away, Pious also having means of replenishing himself and summoning other abominations to his advantage. The answer would bea new MediEvil and ED would be fine please

I really don't get why everyone thinks Chrom should be an Ike clone. He's much faster and his sword is much lighter (since it's the same one Lucina and Marth use). They would also have a very different fighting style, seeing as Ike was raised by a mercenary, and Chrom was a prince. I can see him being a clone of Marth, but the real reason I think people see him as an Ike clone is because he's buff like Ike is. Fucking barafags...
