This is literally the only reason why I don't buy a Wii U. I don't mind the underpowered hardware, the shitty tablet or the lack of third party support. But Nintendo must be crazy is they think I'm paying $60 for a game unless I'm buying it the day it comes out. I haven't bought a 3DS game since Smash for the same reason, it's literally impossible to rationalize paying $40 for Triforce Heroes or whatever when I can buy The Witcher 3 for $15.
