So how can the other two boss knight campaigns possibly live up to this? I can see King Knight being pretty fun but Specter Knight's skillset seems totally unsuitable for playable status.

I'd say that they probably should have waited for the boss knight polls until after the game had come out and people could have had a better understanding of the bosses, but who am I kidding, Specter still would have got in. Heck, it probably would have still been the same three overall.

I don't know what they are going to do with king knight, because he really does nothing in his boss battle.
Spectre is a bit better, but I have no idea how they are going to implement it, since he floats freely.
They don't seems as interesting as plague.
If it was for me I would have choosen tinker knight with a gameplay similar to power armor in MMX2-3, and propeller since flying is always fun but he doesn't look as easy as for plague.
Too bad they did the pool before people saw what the knights really did
