Glossy Photopaper.
If you got a printer that you can specify the dimension on when just measure the 3ds cover.
Otherwise use this pic. Print it on some worthless paper until it matches the 3ds cover. Then use thoose printsettings and paste the image you want over the outline.

I would if printer ink wasn't so expensive along with decent glossy paper. Plus having the actual proper boxart makes it feel more authentic.
Do you have Photoshop size/resolution settings to go by? I've dabbled in this before, but I don't know what's best.
