The former is still active as a site and has lots of traffic, but the forums died slowly with the advent of social media and the oldfags growing up and also switching to social media; the latter was a forum for a local magazine. Mag went the way of the dodo, new blood stopped coming in, now it's a wasteland.
Both are croatian and had a community from all of ex-yugoslavia.

It's true, I love the convenience of Youtube guides but those written ones were usually so nicely written and spot on. Now it seems like whenever I watch a guide for something on YT they're always selling something, either begging for likes/subs or putting ads on whenever possible.

I had a shitty Invisionboard for Pokemon. It was one of those roleplaying things. You basically make a thread in a section of the forum that you want to catch something. And an admin would roll on a random number generator and pick a pokemon you encounter.

I was like 12 or 13, so that was about 10 years ago. It was already a ghost town by the time I was 15 but it's still up somehow. I don't even remember that much about it except there was a redhead that posted a few pictures of herself and I thought she was hot as fuck. More importantly though, I remember it because that's where I got the nickname I've been using for the past 10 years on the internet.
