Right now all the beginner and new players are on PC.
Most of the competitive ones are on PS3/PS4.
You can learn the basics on PC, but you'll truly learn on the PS3/PS4, as much as I hate to admit that, granted you'd truly learn in the arcade out of anything.
With that said, don't wait for Revelator, yes, it comes out in Spring and that's just around the corner, but best get some practice and learn stuff in than it is to sit around and wait.
