for anyone curious the anime is a one season short and tells some events of Dante before the DMC 4 game, it's not important to the plot and not an amazing story but it's okay enough if you like Devil May Cry (probably a decent 7/10) and want something. However the animation isn't the greatest and the designs can get a bit weird sometimes

Some attacks last longer than the i-frames, meaning you're straight fucked, but yeah he's godlike up until multiple/long attacks come out and then he's fucked.
I just finished dante must die mode, it was a fun ride, don't feel like doing the other modes since I already had like a million hours on the vanilla dmc 4.
