Hey /v/ just got a ps4. I was thinking about getting the last of us remastered, thing is I have beaten it on PS3. Is it a much better experience? Also how do you guys feel about playing remastered versions of games that you have already beaten? Remastered thread.
If you've already played it on ps3 then I wouldn't worry about it. It's basically the same game

The better graphics and 60fps is making me consider it. I'll probably just stick to Bloodborne main reason I got the console, need to find some more games for it that I don't already have on steam.

If you're spending another 60 dollars on a game you've already played just for better graphics and 60fps, go for it. Maybe if it were better I would understand, but the game is just good, not really outstanding. You really aren't missing much.

If you want to play the DLC or if you want to keep playing multiplayer, I would say get Remastered. Otherwise skip it.
I'm a huge fan of The Last of Us, I think it deserved every GOTY award it got, but I think Remastered is really just for those morons who didn't play it on the PS3.

The remaster isn't $60, not even at release. At release it was $50 and now you can find digital sales for $15-20 and I would guess retail versions should go for the same new and used maybe even less.
Also the remaster is worthy only if you liked the MP. On PS4 there are not hackers and the multiplayer is pretty fun.
