Basically the devs discovered that can't do the vast majority of what they promised. The tech they paid for (Pikoserver) which was supposed to allow for 1000+ player battles turned out to be snake oil, so the game has been downgraded to a Space Marine Multiplayer game with some more races soonâ„¢ and more weapons soonâ„¢, and some ground vehicles.
The problem is they've already taken people's money for it and now what they promised (which is what people put money into) can't be delivered. Some of the studio's talent including lead programmer and lead level designer quit, as did the original creative designer who bailed even before they announced that they couldn't achieve what they had set out to do.
It's a train wreck.

No wasted potential where the devs are achieving exactly what they aimed to and what the fans want.
But then again, you are free to use your buzzwords of which you don't know the meaning of not any different from the rest of the retarded stuff you've spouted so far.
>>321548231
What are you talking about?
These days where Space Marines are basically space paladins there are tons that are heroic and selfless, they just don't trip over their own shoelaces like the Lamentors do.
>>321548959
oh yeah ,firehawks originally right? but only their origin story is sad they're pretty much immortal and that paint job is kickass so it kind of evens out.
>>321543292
THQ went all in with a shitty drawing tablet for consoles. The thing flopped and they died miserably.
So how do I get into the 40k universe?
Is that Freeblade game gonna come to PC at some point?
wait why is Titus the smurf captain?
I thought that was Sicarius

Do you know how to argue anything other than "HUe buzzwords"
Please explain how not using 3d movement IN SPACE, IN 2015. Isn't wasted the potential for more game. Please, go on.
>What the fans want
Clearly not, as we're not seeing eye to eye.
So what then, just fans of the board game? Fuck off otherwise?
God forbid I want something that isn't a rehash of several games that already exist.

That is because as long as one Space Marine stands the xenos will never get close enough.
>>321549172
yeah, but the other chapters are loved for it. the lamenters do that shit and are still mostly distrusted by the other chapters and they still get screwed by faith.

I'm happy my counsel has soothed your heart brother. In our current state we cannot let ourselves waver or we surely won't survive this penance of ours. And remember while the rest of our brothers of the Imperium may not be with us, the Emperor always is.
>>321549224
They're not so immortal when they go berserk like a black rage blood angel
>>321549424

Why is wanting more from a game "retarded stuff"?
Is this what actual 40k fans want? Less? I'm sorry I didn't get hyped for this game, which is seriously a reskin of boat fighting games we've all played before (Or maybe just me, and that other poster.).
Seriously, why is wanting the game to feel like it's in space a bad thing? Because it doesn't jerk off your 1:1 board game fantasy?
>that novel where a tau fire warrior and an ultrasmurf becomes best friends/battle brothers
