You don't. Because NoA ripped out the audio slider in its entirety as opposed to taking out just the dual audio options.

14 character voice options instead of 20.
Censored outfits for multiple characters (not just the underaged character).
Explicit religious references removed (changed to more generalized references, rather than references specific to individual religions).

Not having separate sliders for dialogue, music and sound effects should be a crime. Also, not having options for turning off music that overrides the area music. All the area themes are great, but they get interrupted every five seconds by all sorts of shit.
