Even then, Yuri liked Estelle too much to kill her even when Alexei had controlled her. In all of the pre-Zaphias skits you can see Yuri either being worried or conflicted about what he's going to do. With Ragout and Cumore it was just a matter of time before he decided the law won't touch these faggots so he'd go all vigilante on them. For Estelle, he wanted to anything except kill her, because she never wanted to hurt anybody.
