Sounds bit like Battlefied Heroes or Evil Genius.They have the same cheesy feel to them, not that it's a bad it.
But in general there has been several western Indies with solid soundtracks in past few years. Bur for some reason I can't recall any AAA-tier games standing out.

It really does suck when I want to enjoy a game but can't because I go 1 for 10+ every game.
I can't even get gud without getting mad because I don't have the patience to improve. I also have no room for a PC and have to play on my fucking bed with a mouse so it is uncomfortable to aim anyway.
