Probably not the best ever, but still one of the best games I played in the last 20 years, also one of my absolute favorite.
Despite recognizing how the first Deus Ex has deeper and more complex mechanics, I still find myself prefer Human Revolution, mostly because of the setting and atmosphere.
Now let's just hope they didn't fuck up with the sequel.

It's literally Human Revolution, with the first Deus Ex plot premises, done with enough money and time because Square this time trusts the brand.
The only actually bad stuff in HR were because of limited time and budget.
