I have all the Sakura games. This one in particular doesn't have nudity, but some pretty erotic scenes, like a girl covered in chocolate.
There are some other sakura games that do have nudity, like Sakura Fantasy or Sakura Swim Club, but you have to download a patch after installing it. I would recommened Sakura Fantasy, sine that one actually has different outcomes for different choices, so unlocking the entire gallary has at least a bit of challenge. Also, the story from Fantasy is fairly good.
All the Sakura games are fairly short VNs and not very spectacular in quality, but if you're like me and you enjoy fapping to girls with a little bit of story attached to them, it's worth buying them.
