Have some money to spare on steam and some of my friends have recommended akiba's trip to me. Before I go and throw away 20$, is it any good?
I got 40 hours off it before I got bored and then I didn't even finish all routes and difficulties
It is pretty good, but you want to do the fixes for 4K resolution and 60 FPS

Wait until it's 15 bucks.
The game has only two routes. Shion's route and everyone else's copy pasta route. Combat does get boring after you master it since it's the same shit over and over. Harder difficulties are just as boring. Mostly they hit way harder and you're expected to already have upgraded equipment from normal save.
Is there a way to restart the game? I started on hard mode and it's just stupid.

Donno about pc version... but on ps4 version you have to select new game or load game...
Try to see if you can get to title screen from menu.
I enjoyed it, but it's not a very good game. It's a shallow brawler with some entertaining customization.
