So what type of chair do you use for 12 hour gaming sessions, /v/? don't tell me you lay on the bed or have poor posture?
a shitty office chair I got cheap, pretty similar to pic related but not exactly
I want a new one
>want to buy a good chair so my back doesn't die
>good lumbar support chairs are like 500 bucks
JUST

>not buying the most expensive lumbar chair so you can be comfy while working/playing

Steelcase Leap V2. 12 year warranty. Designed for 24/7 use. Fully adjustable.

Not even joking.

>900$ on a chair

A 15 inch dildo
Something like this
It's my computer chair too
This is my chair. It cost me $350 but it was worth it. My previous chair wasn't nearly as comfy. A good chair is super important considering you'll be spending most of your waking hours in it (unless you're a casual).

I always wondered, I'm assuming that sitting in a recliner for PC use is really bad for your back? I almost wanted to assume it was good since you're leaning back at an angle almost veritcally and not hunched over at all, but idk, everything is unhealthy so I doubt it
>implying gamers need their own type of chairs
>implying even if they did, that it needs to look like a racing seat

i moved my desk to the foot of my bed
i have fuck posture and back problems probably
>>321493148
IKEA markus works but i would probably try to get something more comfy in hindsight.

DX Racer: 2 year warranty for $450, cost of ownership per year is $225
Leap: 12 year warranty for $900, cost of ownership per year is $75
You can also find them used for half has much in big cities.

80 burger comfortable chair that'll last you a decade with good cared, around 10 times cheaper
>>321497369
Also it has bad back support (like almost every chair) so don't expect any miracles when it comes to posture. Honestly for long sittings you want something that stops at your upper back, with good curvature for back support. The back bump on the markus does almost nothing.
200€ from a nice older lady on craigslist. Was the chair of her dead husband who was some kind of CEO.
Got the leather edition and 10 years warranty, new ~1000€.
Feels like I robed her. But on the other side she was rich as fuck and I have back problems.

Oh fuck I was literally looking at this right now since I have an IKEA close by. I really need back support due to these pains I've been getting. I guess markus is not worth it? is there any recommended chair for it? I'll pay up to about 300$ but not gonna go nuts with like a 900$ chair
i stream and got people to donate to get me a dx racer chair

my nigga

Holy shit its beautiful imagine
>>321496515
dude i fucking used one of those for ages
>>321498245
I don't know of any specific good alternatives desu, i'm stuck with the markus for now. I'm sure googling gives a shitload of info though, just search for good office chairs. There is usually a huge market for used chairs, can often get high-end stuff for half the price or less etc. Every time some company goes bankrupt they need to ditch loads of chairs fast and so on.
Forget gaming chairs, what's a nice soft rug that's around 6ft long?
I need one to hide all the cables in my room, and I like lying on the floor anyway
An Aeron, because I'm not a dumb retard who spends 16 hours a day in anything but the absolute best.
Cool in summer, warm in winter. Perfect support, never gets sweaty.
I'd literally never buy another chair again, unless it was almost identical to this design with a couple of minor improvements.
Any recommended chairs for around 300 bucks? mainly for back support, I'm literally too poor to afford some 700$ chair, but I don't want my back to go more ded than it is

>back support
Prop your desk up on books until you can use it while standing. Problem solved.
This fixed my shitty posture at the cost of looking like a retard
I lay in my bed.
Seriously too
I sit on the ground now, stop using chairs 8 months ago because I don't want a fucking broken spine
Got this one for xmas. It's heavy as fuck but also comfy and supports all of muh back.

I use a elmo blanket that kind of looks like this
gets the job done and saved me from buying a rug but rug could be better as its more thicker.
